Your virtual creative department, without the full-time hire.
Our weekly creative retainers are designed for product and service-based businesses that need the consistency of an in-house design team, without the full-time commitment.
Think: reliable creative output, fast turnarounds, and a team that understands your brand and your target market.

FAQs
-

-
With over a decade of experience, we deliver high-quality work efficiently. Our clients love the time they save and the success they achieve by outsourcing to us.
-
Yes and no. We can discuss preferred times for communication and deadlines, but we juggle multiple projects and schedule work accordingly. We aim to be as flexible as possible.
-
We understand things change. Please provide at least one month’s written notice, and note that a fee (based on which package you choose) will be required to cover lost costs. For unforeseen personal circumstances, we can waive the fee.
-
We take on a limited number of retainer clients and are usually booked a few months in advance. If you’re interested, reach out soon to secure your spot!
-
For smaller tasks, such as a couple of social media posts, an image resize, or adding copy to your website, we can provide an hourly quote at our full rate of $120/hr. Packaging design, which involves many variables, is also typically charged hourly.
-
Ideally, yes! Having all your content ready helps us work smoothly. For larger projects, two weeks’ notice is great, but if that’s not possible, we’ll do our best to accommodate quick turnarounds.
Clear communication is key. We need a brief and all content upfront to start your project. Missing pieces can slow us down and may delay your work.
We’ve been doing this for over a decade, so if you need guidance on what to provide, we’re here to help!
-
We’re now your in-house design team! Your designer and project manager will collaborate on your tasks, using creative research and conceptualisation to bring your vision to life. We work independently throughout the day, and then it’s your turn to provide feedback to perfect the results.
-
It depends on the tasks and your approach. With clear branding guidelines and assets, we can accomplish a lot quickly. If you need something unique, it might take a bit longer as we explore new ideas. Either way, we’ll make a significant impact on your to-do list. This is our expertise, and we’re pretty efficient at it!
-
We do offer a no strings attached 1 month trial to see if this is something you think you could do long term.
From there our minimum commitment is 12 weeks/3 months. At the end of 3 months, we will re-evaluate the retainer you’ve chosen to ensure the number of hours are fitting your business needs. After that, we can move to 6, 9, or 12 month commitments.
